Nona and I started looking with Michelle and her Bellator team for a home on the Eastern Shore more than two years ago. She and I have different tastes, and were pretty specific about the areas we would consider. Add onto that the current market conditions and the realization that our budget didn’t necessarily match our musts and wants, and you get the idea. Michelle was exceedingly patient with us (me) and never gave up. We found our forever home last fall and closed on it in December. We moved in after the first. Michelle counseled us that the peak time for sales is around Mardi Gras. We had some repairs that were discovered late and got those done. We went live on March 16, and had an outstanding offer the next morning, St. Patty’s Day. Michelle was great ushering us through the process, suggesting contractors, do’s and don’ts, etc. Because of her hard work and dedication, the process went super-smoothly all the way through closing las week. We had the opportunity through this process to meet each person on Michelle’s team. They are all exceeding professional and helpful. Michelle is the greatest! This makes twice that she has performed extremely efficiently and quickly for The Maxwells! The first time within a couple of days and this time, within "hours" of us agreeing to sell! Well before the sign with up! If it were possible, we'd adopt her and call her our own!!
